Christmas Eve
Dec. 24th, 2011 10:10 amWe're setting off to spend Christmas Eve with my parents and sisters soon. Bitter cold day here, but little snow, so the driving should be smooth.
Hey, I got a cute little red stocking in the mail this week from Marilisa as part of our ornament exchange! Thank you, Marilisa!
Discovered another good manga yesterday; it's called "Liar Game". Great fun and the battle of wits between the characters throughout reminds me somewhat of "Death Note". I stayed up way too late last night reading it. I see that rather than an anime this manga was made into a popular live action show in Japan and also a movie.
School is out for two weeks! I have brought some marking home with me, though. We'll see how much of it I'll actually get done...
Still experimenting with Dreamwidth here, but LJ is still my truest home. I figure it never hurts to have a backup, though. Can someone recommend a link to me to learn how to back-up my LJ archive files over at DW, too? Thanks. Experimenting, but still not going anywhere.
